We at Sivan Raja Yogamm understand that plans can change. Please read this policy carefully before registering for any program. By completing your registration and payment, you agree to the following terms.
If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us immediately by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. The following refund schedule applies:

| More than 15 days before the program start date | 90% of the program fee (10% admin charge deducted) |
| 8 to 14 days before the program start date | 70% of the program fee |
| 4 to 7 days before the program start date | 50% of the program fee |
| 2 to 3 days before the program start date | 25% of the program fee |
| 1 day before or on the start date (no-show) | No refund |
In rare circumstances, Sivan Raja Yogamm may need to cancel or postpone a program due to force majeure events (natural disasters, floods, government orders), insufficient registrations, or other unforeseen reasons.
In such cases:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person (subject to availability and eligibility). Please contact us at least 5 days before the program start date to arrange a transfer. A nominal administrative fee of ₹200 may apply for processing the transfer.
All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking) within:
Refund processing may be subject to Razorpay's refund processing timelines. Please note that payment gateway charges (if any) may be non-refundable.
