Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

1. In-Person Programs (Residential Camps & Deekshas)

Our primary services are delivered in person at our ashram located at Velliangiri Foothills, Tamil Nadu. These include:

• •3-Day Residential Meditation Camp: Conducted at the ashram on scheduled dates. Accommodation and vegetarian meals are included.
• •Third Eye Initiation (Deeksha): A sacred one-on-one or group initiation conducted during camp or on special scheduled days.
• •Kundalini Energy Awakening: Conducted in group sessions during residential camps or scheduled one-day programs.
• •Amavasya & Purnima Special Poojas: Conducted at the ashram on the respective auspicious days.

2. Online Sessions & Global Meditation Programs

We offer online meditation sessions and guidance to seekers across the world who cannot attend in person.

3. Digital Program Materials

For certain programs, digital materials (guided meditation audio, program schedules, sadhana guides) may be shared with participants.

4. No Physical Shipping

Sivan Raja Yogamm does not ship physical goods. All our services are delivered either:

• In-person at our ashram (for residential programs and deekshas)
• Online via WhatsApp, Zoom, or other video conferencing platforms
• Digitally via email or WhatsApp (for digital materials)

As we do not ship physical products, there are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or courier-related procedures.

5. Delays in Service Delivery

In the rare case of any delay in sending confirmation or program materials, please contact us immediately:

Program cancellations or rescheduling by Sivan Raja Yogamm will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases, a full refund will be issued as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
